When you reset your eve account password, it kills all tokens that exist in our auth or any other service you authorized access for.
Follow the auth instructions here and re-add ALL of your toons again
CEO's and directors have access to the channel that sends the daily alert. You aren't being pinged unless you have told that channel to alert you on every message, as the ping goes to the fix your audit group only.
You have access to this channel so you can see which of your corp members are in it and need to fix their audit.

Have you paid them in game?
Please wait 24 hrs to receive a DM notification that it was paid, and they will shows as paid on the invoices page. After the notification it can take 24 hrs for auth to remove you from the alert group.
If any of the following apply, create a tax ticket
